I forgot how much fun it was to shop with a friend!

Beate and I met at a scrapbook store this evening and spent a good couple of hours browsing and putting stuff into our baskets. Seriously feel in LOVE with and had to have tons of the My Mind’s Eye papers. Tres Jolie. Magnolia. Signature Life by Jen Wilson (Debbie, you were so right that she’d like the Jen Wilson stuff!) . . . so much so that when we had it all out on the carpet to make sure we had some of each and hadn’t missed any, one of the employees came out with CARTS for us to use!   You can tell by the caressing of the paper that Beate was in pretty paper heaven!  I was, too. I missed shopping with my friend!

We had dinner at Olive Garden, and plan to play tomorrow. My order for eP came in (thank you SO MUCH!), and we’re DYING to try the Pollen & Bella Brush stamps. They’re so BEAUTIFUL!

Oh….it was soooo much fun! How I miss my outings with Jenn! I did sniff paper…and stroke it and make noises that shouldn’t be made in a store! It was a blast. That Paper is to die for! We need Eclectic Paperie to carry it! I am in love with that paper and all accessories!
I can’t wait to hang out with Jenn this afternoon! I am one lucky girl to have an awesome friend like her! Because she is the bestest friend you could ask for!

I remember how much fun the two of you had last year together on the SU! cruise. It was fun hanging out a little bit with the both of you!! Happy for the two of you that you were able to do some serious shopping together!! Gotta agree…shopping with your girlfriends is lots of fun!!

I am a SU demo and I notice that many of you shop and buy and stamp using alternate supplies. First off, I could never afford to buy much of both and 2nd, how does this mesh with your SU business? How do you have the time to stamp as much as you do is a question I have had too. Do you guys have housekeepers! and unlimited funds. I am so impressed! Looking for tips for continued creativity without losing the SU edge. Also, my gallery *blueonblue* doesnt get many hits and I would love to know how to get more comments. Thanks Sue

I know what you mean about the MME paper! I bought the 180 sheet slab of Magnolia at Hobby Lobby half off for $10. I might venture to say that it was my best and most favorite paper deal ever for the price!! I can’t put it away! Have fun with yours!
