What happens when you get on a roll

You’re left with like four square inches of space to work in. If that.

I called Lori with a color combination earlier today, and we thought it would make a fun little challenge. As soon as I got home, I pulled out some stamps, some inks, and some cardstock and made a few things that I’ll share tomorrow. I’d just finished and was getting ready to clean up (read: run far away and avoid doing work!), and my neighbor came over to pick up some stuff she’d ordered and was shocked at the disaster area my desk has become. It was clean before I started, honest!

Just thought I’d post and share, since any other picture of my stamp room has always been nice and tidy and perfectly organized. Nothing could be LESS TRUE!! It gets messy like this, and then I get frustrated and put it all away, only to do the same thing all over again. Love that!

Anyway. . . . Want to play along with the challenge, just for grins? Make something with Mixed Bouquet and these colors: Real Red, Groovy Guava (or Cameo Coral), Wild Wasabi (or Garden Green) and So Saffron. Sounds funky, but really, they’re super cute together! Post a link to your blog or gallery when you’re done so we can check them out!

I’m going to head over to living room for the last part of the Spurs/Cavs game. Mike’s been clapping and yelling at the computer, so it sounds like it’s a good game! I can kill two birds with one stone! Spend some “quality time” with my husband while he cheers on his favorite team *and* avoid cleaning up the disaster area that is my room! Good night!

I’m sure I see some wood floor space to the right of your desk you could work in so no need to clean yet!

I think that, instead of sharing links to cards we’ve made with the color combo you suggest, we should share pictures of our messy stamp rooms, so that you will not feel badly! I”m getting ready for a stamp-a-stack, and there’s stuff in stages everywhere. Thanks for sharing!

OMG…this is too good. I think a dedicated stamper could stamp anywhere regardless of the amount of space available! BTW…LOVE your picture on this blog…one HOT chickie!

Oooh, I love this picture! It’s just like me and the way I work…probably a lot of us actually. The main difference: my soda can is a diet vanilla pepsi! Thanks for sharing this!

WATCH OUT, your lap-top is too close to the edge!!! Sheesh, if I had to fit my computer on my table too, I’d really have no space left to stamp! I really like the cards you came up with using that funky color combo and Mixed Bouquet; I am definelty ordering that set before it retires!
