Okay, so it was only the second card that I made with my new catalog order stuff, but hey, it has flowers and some of my favorite colors, and it sparkles. . . how can you fault me for loving it? And oh, look at how FABULOUS that sentiment looks all glitterfied!

I started with Beate’s sketch, and very loosely interpreted it. Here are the details:
Stamps: Fabulous Flowers, Tres Chic, So Swirly Wheel
Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Purely Pomegranate
Cardstock: Purely Pomegranate, Apricot Appeal, Pumpkin Pie
Accessories: Ticket Corner Punch, Sponge, Dimensionals, Liquid Glue, Dazzling Diamonds, rhinestones from my stash
It’s a little bigger than a normal card with that hugemongous flower hangin’ off the edge of the card and would have to be mailed in a larger envelope, but I’m going to use it as a graduation card for a party we’re going to tomorrow night. I think it’s perfection for a young girl’s graduation card, don’t you?

I have to agree – I thought it was a pretty cool card. So, I got out my stamps and made one just like it too. The color combo was far from anything I would have personally tried and I wasn’t sure I would like it that much – even after I started stamping. Boy, was I in for a shocker when I got my card together. Oh – I sooo love it. It always looks better in person. Since, I have made five more of the same card, because I thought my close friends needed one too! Thank you! You are sooo creative and I enjoy your blog sooo much!!!!
