Ways to Use Pearls and Unity

Julia always comes up with the best challenges for Thursdays – today’s was no exception. Well, one exception. I got to stamp!  Her challenge? Use pearls somewhere. Oh, I think I did that! I used almost a whole package of Kaiser pearls!

Stamps are from Unity’s November Kit of the Month and so much fun to play with!  I was tickled to figure out that the frame fits in my Nestabilities. . .and more tickled to find out that Patter had already figured it out. Great minds think alike, huh? LOL!
I stamped the tree twice – once on shimmery, once on Pink Paislee patterned paper – colored with Copics, and cut everything out with detail scissors. I only cut the lollipop parts from the patterned paper, though.  Those were adhered to the polkadotted paper, and then I used dimensionals to adhere the whole tree and birdie to the completed card.  It took forever, but I’m so happy with it!

Back to homework and thinking about dinner. . .
