Christmas is coming

A cool front blew into South Texas last night, and while it’s not nearly as cold as in other places, it’s chilly for us. Normally I love the weather change. Lately, not so much! It’s dreary and just blah out, and I just want to head back and get under the blankets and finish re-reading Twilight before the movie tonight! Maybe later. . .  Anyway!  Here’s my quickie version of Beate’s sketch for this week:

See my mom over there behind the card? She’s already claimed this one!  It came together really quickly . . . I adore this layout and use versions of it often. It’s another go-to layout that just always works.  Here, I used Artichoke and shimmery white cardstock, glittery adhesive backed gold cardstock, and Bazzill black cardstock with my Basic Grey red pattern. Stamps are from Flourishes (All That GlittersHoliday Greetings, and Damask) and I used Copics to color before adding Sakura Quickie Glue and random glitter from my stash.  Now that you’ve seen mine, go on, visit Beate, Cami, Charmaine, Lori, Mary Jo, and Sharon! I have errands to run, but will be back later to see what they’ve created!
