Some days, you gotta stamp

. . . like late in the day or early in the morning when you’re supposed to have something finished to post here on the blog ’cause Beate knows how hard it’s been to get inspired or motivated to craft lately and sent some pretty paper and stamps around Thanksgiving to me and Lori (make sure to click on their names to see what they made with the same paper and stamp!).  It’s taken *this* long to finally get a little something done. . . and it didn’t hurt at all!  And (gasp!) it was actually FUN! I might have to do this again after I dust all the cobwebs off my blog!

Thanks, Beate. . . for the adorable image, sweet paper, and kick in the hind end!  Love you!

Stamp: Henry with Christmas Bauble, Whiff of Joy Stamps

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black and a bunch of Copic markers

Paper: Green base is likely old Kiwi Kiss from SU!, patterned paper is Echo Park’s Everybody Loves Christmas line, specifically Chrismas Bells and Bright Stripe. The image was stamped on Copic’s X-Press It Blending Card.

Accessories: I used Silver and Crystal Ice Stickles, a brad and some organdy flowers from who knows where, and some pretty felt from an online store that JulieHRR suggested a while back. The image and scalloped circle behind were cut with Nestabilities, the big scalloped border is an EK Success punch (Double Embossed Dotted Lace), the ribbon is from a florist supply store here, and the rhinestones are Swarovski, adhered with silver Stickles since I had it out already.
